Porthallow, Cornwall

The exact halfway point of the South West Coast Path.

630 miles of cliff path, beaches and fishing villages stretch from Minehead in Somerset to Poole Harbour in Dorset. We sit at mile 315 give or take a few footsteps.

Tucked into a tiny Cornish cove.

Porthallow is a small fishing village on the eastern side of the Lizard Peninsula — quiet, characterful, and just far enough off the main road to feel like a discovery. The inn is on the slipway, looking straight out over the beach.
